720p 60fps for stream and fragvids and everything.

It is more smooth, that way you don't miss any action when the streamer is flailing his arm like crazy. Although, I have seen some 45fps streams that look very smooth too, so that is also an option.

most ppl will say 60fps but thats pretty stressful on your computer while trying to maintaining 120fps in game

I also prefer 720p @ 60fps. I don't usually full screen streams anyway, I use expand, since I like to interact in a popped out chat in the same monitor.

Most people don't even use a high enough bitrate when they switch to 1080p to make it look as good as it did on 720. 60fps is better anyway.

720p with 60fps, so smooth. Max res on my monitor is also 1440x900, so I don't really get anything out of 1080p.
