TF2 Max sensitivity is not sensitive enough

I've noticed that on another computer (with a higher DPI mouse) I end up being able to have a much higher sensitivity. But whenever I switch to a lower DPI mouse TF2 won't let me set the sensitivity high enough.

Any ways around this? thanks

If you do this you will have to turn raw input off in TF2

You'll need to set raw input to 0 (m_rawinput "0") as m_rawinput "1" ignores windows mouse control panel settings.

Alternatively, set your sensitivity through console or have it set in a config file.
sensitivity x.xx

Open the console and type
"Sensitivity <number>"

I'm not sure how high you can set it, but I've personally put it as high as 999. (I wasn't playing like that, however)

Even without the command you can change the number in the sensitivity options which lets you go higher than the slider

The way windows sets mouse sensitivity, is it skips every other pixel if you set it higher and ignores every other input for a pixel if you set it lower, this causes massive inconsistency issues. Best to have it at 6, which is a 1-1 pixel to pixeldemand ratio.

As everyone says, you can set it as high as you want in console.
