Can the pick ban system be modified? If you're the team that's picking the map and forfeit your bans by not selecting them in time, then let the other team do their bans, you get to pick from the rest of the maps that are available. What should happen is if you forfeit your bans the other team should get to ban maps in place of the number of forfeits. Under the current system, if you're the picking team there's no incentive to ban any maps because you're forfeits mean nothing and you get more maps to pick from in the end.

Also having the 2nd banning team have to wait for the first team to ban their maps before banning is also not enough notice. Teams can wait until the night before when everyone is scrimming to do their bans and then it only gives the other team 30 minutes of notice to do their bans when they are likely scrimming. I don't really have a solution to this other than making the first banning team have to ban their maps at at least 2 days before the scheduled match date.
