Hey, a couple quick things I wanted to put out where twitter doesn't reach - I wanted to say a couple things.
First of all, I'm so happy this project is still turning out new content in ways I didn't imagine possible when I started Fireside back in 2020. 3 years has turned out to be really stressful for me work-wise, but being able to help manage and produce what we do in the background is always a great way to de-stress.
In other news, we're hiring! Granted, we're still growing, so while it's not always going to be a lot, I'll always make sure everybody gets paid while they help me with stuff I have no idea how to do. Right now, FiresideCasts is looking to onboard people familiar with TF2, specifically competitive, and have talents in either graphic design and those with experience in front-end and reactive web frameworks, such as React, Vue, Angular, etc- whatever you're most comfortable with. Part of this will be for working with our lead back-end developer and graphic designers in the development of a web-based HUD, where you will help with the web layout, animations, controls, and integration with our existing real-time TF2 client data source.
If you or someone you know have that knowledge and want to get on the team, feel free to reach out to either myself or siyo so we can get started!
Once more, thank you for all the support and love you've showed us in the past couple years, and I can't wait to see what else we can bring to the table :)

We'll be casting RGL S13 Invite 6s this season (with the intention of doing all divs come playoffs time). As part of the casting announcement, we are happy to welcome LOLGUY and Nbr1-Rkr to join our caster crew (thank you to jazz for finding this hidden gem btw)! Welcome the two and we hope to cast some exciting 6s this season. Highlander will be sporadic but I do promise that we will cast playoffs at the very minimum.

Fireside is proud to announce our partnership with the 4v4 PASS TIME community! We absolutely loved casting the 4v4 PASS TIME Cup by RGL and hope to cast more of it. Same can be said for a lot of our normal viewers watching the channel. In the future we wish to support the initiative with broadcasts.

Fireside will now be testing simulcast streaming to both YouTube and Twitch. This will allow viewers with internet and network issues to at least be able to watch streams on Youtube, providing a more accessible way to watch our broadcasts when we’re live.
