I had sleep paralysis whene i moved to my new house almost 1 month ago
it was earlier in the morning probably about 6:00 am i can see bleak light coming from window
But holey shit it was awful feeling i was able to open my eyes and my left hand was right next to me, I couldnt move my fingers, i was indeed conscious and i didnt attempted to move my body or legs i only tried to move my left fingers, But i dont think i was fully paralysed because i was able to open my eyes and move my head to right side little little bit and thats whene the ass feeling begun, My head felt like it was in hell burning uncomfortable, I immediately wanted to wake up but couldnt open my eyes anymore cant move since i was conscious, i was scared like cant open my eyes and i woke up couple of hours later my mom was drinking tea and browsing facebook on chair and my normal day begun, But i wont forget about my expierence sheize, im 100% believes it was sleep paralysis, People say dont open ur eyes during this shit but i oppened anyways and saw my finger and tried to move but didnt of coruse i told you the story already

Sometimes I had the "demon" and everything. It kinda looked like the witch from L4D, no joke. It would crawl over my bedroom walls and ceiling, jump at my face screaming super loud while I'm frozen in place. Not fun.
Apparently once you have sleep paralysis once it's more likely to happen again. I don't know if that's true, but it's what happened to me.
Anyway now I don't try to wake myself up when I realise I'm having a nightmare. I just ride them out. That's how I "fixed" my sleep paralysis. Hope this helps you if it happens again. God bless
