I recieve the following message when game crashes after loading an STV demo:

GetDynamicBaseline: FindStringIndex(295-CTFRocketPack) failed.

Tried updating config, swapped between dx8 and dx9 and verifying game files but I still can't load STV demos.

Anyone know what might be wrong?

Edit: It might just be demos where the "rocketpack" is present. I still don't know how to fix it so I need help!

CTFRocketPack is the thermal thruster (people use that?)

either you can find that asset/your item schema, delete those, and validate game files (i'd go digging but dont have tf2 installed on this pc)

or just reinstall

Thanks for the responses carter & kevin, but I did not try your suggestions as I found a different solution.

Courtesy to ArchRhythm for the provided fix.

It was the fix for issue #5 in THIS DOCUMENT.

I was informed the affected unlock would be invisible, which is fine for me.
