I'm not sure what your standard for weird movies here is. This list has a huge range and a lot of them are much better movies than Human Centipede (which was shit for anyone wondering).
Oldboy, Se7en, Requiem for a Dream, and Ichi the Killer are all good movies regardless of their strange elements where as A Serbian Film is something I wish on no one.
Best of luck though, some quality cinema out there for those willing to broaden their viewpoints.

some of these movies are absolutely terrible, A Serbian Film isn't controversial or edgy it's just complete trash on all fronts. it's trying to be a shock film with snuff/rape type scenes but it's just really bad
movies like se7en, clockwork orange and requiem...those are excellent films and shouldn't be lumped in with low budget garbage that you listed
