Now that the fields of Advanced have been conquered, Cat Posse is ready to take on Invite in RGL Season 6.
Cat Posse first formed in Season 3 Div-2, where they managed to finish 2nd in a crazy competitive set vs. MILKIES. After a season hiatus they returned for Season 5 Advanced and put on a dominating performance in both the regular season and playoffs, winning the division. Furthermore, they are bringing the exact same roster into Invite. Much like the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers keeping all of their starters, this simply does not happen. You'd be hard-pressed to find a team that wasn't froyotech keeping the exact six during an offseason, and Cat Posse have done just that.
The team is known for the well-rounded roster, but it starts with their Scouts: Shining Star and yumyum are making a name for themselves as a Scout tandem and will look to continue that trend in Invite. Both have insane DM with the former known for deleting Soldiers off maps and the latter for high quality Engineer gameplay. Next is the Medic, reigh. Known more in the Highlander realms, reigh has played very well in her two seasons with Cat Posse and will have healthy competition against the other Invite rookie Medics.
Demoman kurama is a damage dealing machine, and has the rare distinction of winning two divisions on two different classes in back to back seasons: Medic in Amateur, Demoman in Advanced. Finally, we have their Soldiers. Crowd favorite KTB makes his glorious return to Invite, last seen in this division ESEA Season 31 with Ed Head. Meanwhile, another favorite is Roaming Soldier Toss, whose bombs have captured hearts and devastated Medics during his rise through the ranks. All in all, a complete team that has a full head of steam coming into Invite.
Demoman kurama had this to say about the team's Invite debut:
Won Advanced. Now in Invite. Don't sleep on us.
The newest Cat Posse on the Invite block are:
