Seems that the "extra ubercharge on proper resist" was either scrapped in development or Valve just forgot to code it in. Oh well. Regardless, the Vaccinator still has some problems. I have another Vaccinator bug/inconsistency that I will record and report on "tomorrow".

Good work finally getting through. Another known bug is that Eric has a passive resistance to vaccinator messages.

Just this past Friday & Saturday I spoke with Jill in regards to them possibly fixing the Eureka effect bug.
He asked me to shoot him and Eric and email and after a little bit came to realize that their spam filter game is 2strong. He mentioned that they needed to change the settings on it to spam autospamming emails that arent necessarily spam.

Communicating these kind of glitches to them might be easier now.

Partly related, I've noticed that flamethrowers can block healing even if the player is ubered.
Anyone know if this was intended this way ?

Yeah, because its so OP. All those invite and prem teams are runnig vacc full time. What an overused weapon. My favorite part of i58 is when full tilt beat froyo with vacc heavy to mid. Everyone is using it because of how great it is and especially for how fast it buffs players.

I guess it's no longer a big deal that I never understood what that line even meant.
