BleghfuricIn my opinion, the Vacc already gets ubers way too fast. I say good riddance.
Yeah, because its so OP. All those invite and prem teams are runnig vacc full time. What an overused weapon. My favorite part of i58 is when full tilt beat froyo with vacc heavy to mid. Everyone is using it because of how great it is and especially for how fast it buffs players.

Seems that the "extra ubercharge on proper resist" was either scrapped in development or Valve just forgot to code it in. Oh well. Regardless, the Vaccinator still has some problems. I have another Vaccinator bug/inconsistency that I will record and report on "tomorrow".

Slight time variance is explained at the end of the video. Practically speaking, it still only takes 24 seconds to build even though I'm clearly resisting the damage properly. Make sure to check my last video for a bit more context (link in the video description).

The crosshair was originally a joke, but I somehow got used to it and never decided to remove it.
DamnEasyAlso to make sure can you test it with other resistant then bullet? (Melee damage = bullet resistant as far as I know) And the scout was building with a melee weapon on bullet resistant. (Just to be sure)

The Vaccinator currently does not build "slight Ubercharge on proper resist". The Vaccinator builds four charges in 24 seconds (assuming the target is under 100% health at all times) regardless if damage taken is being properly resisted or not.
