Hey guys, posted on the steam forums and I was directed here by CptCombatToast.
I run a tournament website and I'm currently looking for games to run Winter tournaments for, so far I have interest from the Left 4 Dead 2 Community, and Half Life 2 Community, trying to get the word out to some other communities. This wouldn't be a largely competitive tournament like esea and cevo. What are your guys thoughts here?

2v2 tournaments would usually consist of Ultiduo, which I believe Europe and NA runs a couple of ultiduo tournaments.

great idea, if you were to run a 2v2 ultiduo tournament alot of people would play if its well organized, i remember for the ego tournament we had at least 100 players.

Since I don't have much competitive experience in TF2 other than a few pugs I would also be looking for someone to admin the tournament as well.

Holy shit spireking was the best.
Also ultiduo is really popular. We had 80+ people in the last ultiduo, and I think over 100 in the one before that. You could also try other fun comps like 4v4 koth, and perhaps something like the offclass cup that kritzkast hosted a while ago.
Bball could work as well.

what happened to that 2v2 scouts only tournament? I arrived to comp tf2 as that competition was over and frag videos were out for a month.
