Does anyone know what does the hidef and lodef do? I remove most of that since it doesn't seem to affect anything in my HUD but i'm curious of it's purpose.

would it be possible to edit the hud so that it always displayed your team's target id's even if you weren't mousing over them? it'd be pretty cool to be able to glance around and gather info on where your teammates were (kinda like QL's teammate arrow things)

Don't think that's possible, it only works on Medics when they heal.

However you could try and mess with the wide/tall values and make it work that way it might not look pretty and it's frustrating to do that or you could add a box that changes colors depending on the HP like notoHUD.

I am capable of making a custom .vtf for it, but the one I made didn't work, the positioning went askew at different values of overheal.

Custom vtfs are blocked on match servers, so that idea is shot down.

I'm currently using notohud and I installed a custom background for the main menu instead of the grey one that comes with the up. But when I open the console it makes the background darker.
This doesn't happen with the standard TF2 hud. Anyone know what I have to change in the hud files to get rid of it?

Thanks. But that wasn't exactly what I meant, since I've already figured out how to get rid of that. It's the grey overlay that gets added when you open the console I want to get rid of.

Pretty sure it's possible. It wouldn't look exactly as you showed it though. If I were to try and replicate it (without custom vtfs), it'd look like one of these two:

It's probably got more to do with the sourcescheme than it does the mainmenuoverride, because the console isn't controlled by that.

Anyone know how to remove the killstreak indicator and the 3d player model ? I have tried to disable the playermodel in the advanced settings but it stays in there for some reason. Also note that theres my Soldier model and I'm obviously a Scout in the picture.

This is an older version of m0rehud btw.

Having trouble getting the server time limit to show in modes that are not CP (koth, pl, plr, etc).

I tried copy+pasting the servertimelimit section in hudobjectivetimepanel.res into hudobjectivekothtimepanel.res but it didn't work properly. Is this even possible?
