Realising what the problem is and wanting to make changes is already a really big step towards improvement, you should be proud of that. I know exactly what you're going through and wish you all the best. Not gonna lie, it's a long journey and I hope you don't get discouraged by that. People will name a lof of ways to get a life but to me two things were key: a strict regular schedule (going to bed and waking up at around the same time on weekdays) and getting a job or education that leads to employment. Working out has been great for me too but any hobby will do.
