im pretty sure this is based on the font that controls the damage nums; you'd have to edit the font itself to get rid of the minus/plus
if you're using some sort of m0rehud there are customizations that let you remove it (or you could just use the hud merger)
the amount of customization available for everyone is insane, how 2 peoples games can look completely different
no other game i know allows you this much freedom with cosmetics, huds, crosshairs etc

pretty sure kritzcast uses default tf2 crosshairs, but junnu made an edited scout xhair pack
