ZimmyI did this in all of 3 minutes within downloading the HUD, so I would say it is fairly easy if you know what you are doing. Rename Surface-HP-And-Ammo_OLDSCHOOL.otf to Surface-HP-And-Ammo.otf. Then, in Clientscheme, ctrl+H and replace SurfaceSharpened-Medium with Surface-Medium. Only two things I had to change was the ypos of the spectator health on the target ID's and the time panel value. Just decreased them all by 1. I realize you already know this, but hopefully this is helpful to others that may not know.
