AloSecMoybased on this I would guess that one of your binds for something simple was changed to "[action]; mat_filterlightmaps 0". try going in game and typing "bind [key]" and see if any show up something odd.Tysronemat_filterlightmaps 1??Tried that. I put it in my autoexec, and once I entered the server, it would become normal lighting/shadows, and then switch back to the blocky texture after around 10 seconds.

This. There's a thread somewhere around here with a tutorial on how to get the old maxframes look, where something would have to be bound to mat_filterlightmaps 0, probably wasd/space/tab. Try to rebind those keys.
change ypos to 475 under ChargeMeter in HudMedicCharge.res to get it back
