Please send in demos, nick has not only helped me figure out how to TF2 to SFM but is very good at what he does and his stuff for TF2RJWeekly/TFTV is great.
Also the TF2Jam is super fun if anybody else wants to get involved, you can submit anything (SFW) that you've worked on with effort so as long as it's TF2 related (e.g. maps, models, music, fangames, SFM posters or animation, cookies, macaroni art, fanfic, etc).
