FACEIT will give us more servers whenever a certain issue is fixed (by VALVe, sadly.)

Currently there is no ranking/Elo for playing in ultiduo hubs, it was hinted that there might be different Elos for different gamemodes at some point in the future. It probably uses your TF2 rank for stuff like team matching though

That's a known issue by FACEIT, they haven't pronounced themselves on status of resolution

- Training offline or during low population hours
- Training specifics (Airshots without MGE, tracking without getting bumped by rockets)
- The ability to not have to deal with idiots

hence the name "Aim Trainer", it doesn't pretend to be anything else, most people using these are aware of the fact that there's more than aiming in these games.

As much as there's truth to what you said (and considering it's a serious answer to a low quality post), I sure hope your AAA developers mostly use standard C++ features and minimize/abstract OS specific code.
Plus, it also does seem a lot more reachable now that they've announced mobile releases on systems that only support OpenGL/Vulkan, as far as I'm aware.
I don't think calling this challenging is reasonable.

pyro takes no brainpower, it will win in most situations, it crushes scout in 1v1/2v2 with a med by a huge margin
a scout needs to meatshot 2 (3 if buffed) times, back to back, while dodging at least ~20% of flames to reduce the DPS to a level where's it's virtually possible to kill the pyro (in most cases, the scout won't have the time to fire the last shot and will die before).
