you on windows or linux? you could probably fix this on linux with a desktop compositor like compton which i use but for windows youre probably shit outta luck.
you can use borderless windowed fullscreen or borderless windowed in general, if you want to not have screen tearing. thats what worked for me, on windows at least.
edit: from what ive heard from friends u can buy a freesync/gsync monitor and that should fix it?? idk

still nope. i mean i can live with it, but its just very annoying sometimes, and has gotten me killed when i mistook a player as being on my team when he was actually on the opposite one
