this person is obviously cheating
the way he shakes with only his sticky launcher and not his grenade launcher is a dead giveaway
theres no known bugs in tf2s demo recording system that would cause something like that for only a specific weapon

transparent viewmodels make props transparent too

i dont know why or how this happens but i have a viewmodel toggle bound to a key and occasionally when i turn viewmodels off certain props/doors/etc. become transparent
