First, in your clientscheme look for TFFatLineBorder, TFFatLineBorderRedBG, and TFFatLineBorderBlueBG, and change their draw_corner_height and draw_corner_width values to 0. Then, in your spectatortournament.res, you will need to add an ImagePanel (although it looks like you already did). Just increase the xpos of the ImagePanel you used to overlay the player panels until you have it where you please. If you need more help, feel free to add me on Steam.

Hud editing Marked for Death

You can adjust the ypos of it freely. However, It seems as though its' xpos is linked to the PlayerStatusHealthImage element (aka the health cross) within HudPlayerHealth.res. Therefore, when you move the xpos of the health cross, the marked for death image moves along with it.
