huds are made up of files in tf\resource and files in tf\scripts

firstly delete both of those folders

then get the resource and scripts folders from whichever version of garmens hud that you want

lastly extract those and put them in your tf folder

seems like thats a built in restriction on all of the targetid entries inside hudlayout.res, you'll have to move the elements inside targetid.res as a whole if you want to move it

add readyimage/readyimagebg to spectator and spectatortournament

as long as theres no retarded mouse lag that seems to be in every ue3 game ever then you're set

if you want just the white part changed, you can try putting a panel in front and a panel behind the itemeffectmeter, and adjusting their rgba values such that when nothing is charging, the bar is grey, and then when you charge, the white part gets the color of the top panel
