what file edits the player information counter that is next to the time at the top of your screen,
i saw the newest version of m0rehud had changed the way it looked and want to know what the file is is called
also i dont know what the counter is actually called

i have an unintentional lag switch where whenever i would move around in tf2 and suddenly i would lag for about a second where my screen would choppily tell me i was moving in one direction,l i also have no control, then correct my location by moving me back as if i never moved
i checked what happens to me on netgraph and this is what i see, my ping would also spike

this happens to me in almost every server, and gamemode i play ultiduo with friends, faceit pugs, pubs and it doesn't matter what class im playing or whether im rocket jumping or sticky jumping
this does happen in other games like pubg
i tried messing with my network settings in my tf2 custom folder but it doesn't change much.
i just switched my dns settings in control pannel to rout to cloud flare's 1.1.1.1 server to see if there's a difference
is there any other way i can stop this?

edit: i also go to a boarding school that has very good internet

whenever i join any of the NA ++RJump servers my fov increases, https://imgur.com/a/W564O, how do i fix this, i've tried fov_desired 90 and viewmodelfov_90 and nothing changes. also when i leave the server everything goes back to normal.
