directstar1Literally, all I have been doing the past month is, eat bare minimum and go to the gym an hour every day. Does that help for a gym bod?
Edit: Also I do the exact same routine in the gym every day, what are the few exercises which are necessary
dont gym everyday and ffs pick up a routine nothing worse than seeing newbs at the gym just figuring out on the spot what they wanna do
