For calorie to protein ratio for premade shakes, I found these to be pretty good, and they taste good too:
Pastrami on Rye with Russian Dressing and sauerkraut. Or a Reuben.

I'm using a custom WASD v1 with Cherry MX Browns:

I really enjoy the Browns, as they offer a good in-between for gaming and typing.
I program a lot, so I type a fair amount.
If you are looking to only use the keyboard for gaming, Reds are probably better, but I personally really enjoy the tactile feedback and sound of these switches.
They don't hinder your movement ability whatsoever.
I only use a 2nd monitor for QoL purposes but not in game. You can use a 120 Hz monitor and a 60 Hz monitor together and have the 120 Hz not lose any quality. I personally prefer having more than one monitor for the extra screen real estate and convenience, as well as having the Mumble window open on the side so the overlay doesn't cloud my HUD.
Needs a way to let us put custom names, like Facebook polls.
