I've learned that the most important thing for a team is that every member on the team fully trusts each other 100% and keeps egos and such nonsense out of the way. You must make sure that this is made clear to EVERYONE on the team, and that there is no room for such garbage on your team.
Bad calls happen. It's inevitable. In this case, just make a note of it and talk about it after the scrims/PCWs or whatever.
