Nothing really, other than make you look "cool" on a pub or pug etc. I have a signed RL from plat that I bought from the TOTH charity, but I barely even use it, because I just wanted to help the cause. I just hope people who go lengths to get their virtual collections of pixels signed by "famous" players realize that outside of TF2, they're just like you and me. Huge difference between getting a baseball card signed, really.
