Yo, to follow up my wildly popular* IM playoff writeup that I made with Sakura last season, I plan on doing a bunch of IM writing for tf.tv this season. IM is super under-covered in my opinion, as invite is more prestigious and open is much larger.

I just want my point to be that people are just throwing out laws and stuff saying that they show ESEA breaking federal law, when really no one here knows what they are talking about, including myself.
Unless you are a legal expert, in which case, please keep pretending to be one.
the problem is you were originally saying they didn't break federal law not because there's no law that covers these actions, but because their ToS warned of it
but contract law doesn't work that way
