i got radeon pro, what settings do i need to change ? can someone help ?

I followed these insctructions posted by an user on other thread but i dont see any differences :/

If you have an AMD video card, you should probably stay away from Windows 8 unless you plan on playing in fullscreen. Microsoft redesigned Aero (they did not remove it), and it's forced on. This means that on AMD video cards, there is no way to turn off vsync on the desktop without 3rd party programs as the control panel does not allow you to turn it off on the Aero desktop. Fullscreen may not even work if you have two monitors (someone should look into this). Nvidia users can fully turn off vsync, at least in Windows 7 Aero.

I'm not saying the OS is bad; in fact, I love having it on my laptop, even with the Metro UI (Reader is useful for textbooks :>).
