#6 MAJOR TF2 update for 4/18/24 (Windows/Linux x64) in TF2 General Discussion

Note that it's going to take some time to get all the server and client plugins ported over, I know a lot of the casting ones are near completion but no idea about the server side.

Huge step in the right direction for Valve though and I'm sure it will make developing a touch easier going forward.

Edit: CastingEssentials now functional on 64-bit with new build: https://github.com/drunderscore/CastingEssentialsNext/releases/tag/next-1

#22 TF2 has a 64bit and Vulkan update in testing in TF2 General Discussion

This is super good - do we need a different build of srcds for it to work on 64 bit or is it cross compatible?

#5 old ESEA news articles in TF2 General Discussion

I would do this soon as ESEA have moved all operations to FACEIT, they're probably going to close the site at some point.

#37 trends.tf - TF2 stats collected from logs.tf in Projects
Forty-BotAlso ozfortress should have an API, could link their matches and logs too!
Yeah, I'm interested in doing ozfortress as well. I couldn't find their API, if it exists.

There is most certainly one, hit up core in the OZF Discord and he should be able to hook you up.

NikSorry for bump, but it seems that http://demos.igmdb.org doesn't work anymore. Is it temporary?

#10 TF2 Center is closing in two days in TF2 General Discussion

I know TF2C has had its days in the community, but the moments & memories it created for so many are to thank for. It definitely developed the games culture more and will forever be engraved in the scenes history. Thank you to those who worked on the site over the years for your service.

#23 Team comms for casts, why did we stop doing it? in TF2 General Discussion

In my time, I have brought it up as something we could've added back to TFTV. The logistics are there to make it possible, it's simply the teams aren't willing to cooperate with something so trivial as comms.

In an ideal world we wouldn't just want audio, I'd love to intergrate player cameras into the HUD so that we can put faces to player's outside of just LAN events, innovation we are years behind other esports with.
