kindred since someone mentioned handcam:
you can cheat with handcam
you can cheat with a camera on your monitor
you can cheat at lan
Jeven is definitely not using aim assist lmfao. I only mentioned this because it disproves the usage of ESP/Walls. Sure legit aimbots are much harder to spot but that's exactly why cheaters hardly use aim assist anymore. The argument for cheaters now is usually walls. If he was using aim assist on soldier it'd be blatant because it is unbelievably easy to tell the difference between legit rocket aim and projectile aimbot. Either way its my bad on the wording I know that aim assist on a low percentage is practically indeterminable to the human eye on hitscan (Thanks Torrit).
I'm not sure about other things such as triggerbot and how the admin tools would work around something like that if the player were to toggle it so it looks like they have their moments or whatever but again that doesn't really apply to the only class that jeven plays in competitive.
To add onto my statement about walls I have learned from a friend that there was a csgo player who paid $1000, and the Indian player (I assume forsaken?) who had walls that couldn't be picked up on a webcam due to the % of the colour. However I don't think anything like this would be likely in team fortress 2 considering it requires a financial motivation. The return you get on tf2 is minimal compared to csgo and the cheating scene in that game is considerably larger. Just rambling again but ye you get the idea.
