I submitted one a couple days ago for not receiving winnings for my bet on Street Hoops against EVL, haven't gotten a response yet. Apparently a friend submitted a ticked weeks ago and still hasn't gotten a response.
I submitted one a few weeks ago regarding a match where I received no winnings despite having the second highest bet (one key) on the winning team that was at 60%. There's no logical explanation for where the items on the losing side went.. (aside from one of Geel's accounts)
Basically you shouldn't hold your breath waiting for a response...
Admins won't respond because the process is handled via tickets. I get added a lot about saloon stuff but honestly only the person with zendesk access has rights to solve these cases.
Filled it in, but I honestly don't think these questions are thought out properly.
Talk to your prof and read up on how to set up questions that give you proper data to use.

Have you tried using https and see if you get a message?

Due to a busy week at uni I haven't been able to write anything about the matches this week.
I can tell you that we've managed to find someone for our NA section.
What the fuck. It's one thing to not take your personal laptop back with you, but nobody deserves their shit getting raided. Especially if you think a major org is governing it.
Funny though, the monitors they used in the booths had big Samsung stickers on them. Petty sure they weren't, and someone just made good cash from a sponsor contract

This is a really smart move by Ronin. Ascent has been on a great track (this season too, only one close loss to FROYO).
Lets hope it's beneficial to the team with an eye to i58. Would be great if Ronin could cover (some) costs of sending them over to Europe and the fund raiser could go to another NA, OZ or SA team!
