iseries and the first ETF2L winner medals are well-made imho

DeutschLAN is my favorite for obvious reasons

The most interesting I own has to be the RETF2 . Took their own approach and all of them look amazing.

for AMD the most reliable method is the regedit one, http://www.teamfortress.tv/post/342812/quake-like-graphics-on-ati-card

You do however need to find the right path, which is the 2d driver path in your AMD control center (found in the info section)
