More than half the teams in ugc will try to forfeit loss you instead of waiting 30 minutes or rescheduling to a different day.
Some admins are extremely biased and are too lazy to look into the actual situation of things to come to a fair solution. If your division admin is your friend, a lot of time you get a free pass for all the stupid bullshit you do.
the first one has to do with player quality.
2nd one just isn't true in my experience and ive played like a bazillion seasons of ugc
