Infinity_jetzzzzzwtf are yall on about a sniper rifle that cant do more than 80 dmg is completely awful and would never be used. that's actually worse than current classic
if the recharge is the same as the q3 rail (i think its like 1.5 seconds) or something like that i imagine it would be pretty decent. being able to sit at rollout or 3 door on a process last push while being able to deal consistent 80 damage shots sounds pretty nutty, definitely a lot more consistent, and maybe even better, than stock
why in the world would u give up headshots for an extra 30 dmg. just click their heads man.
standing in rollout and clicking heads on a process last push is really strong.

More than half the teams in ugc will try to forfeit loss you instead of waiting 30 minutes or rescheduling to a different day.
Some admins are extremely biased and are too lazy to look into the actual situation of things to come to a fair solution. If your division admin is your friend, a lot of time you get a free pass for all the stupid bullshit you do.
the first one has to do with player quality.
2nd one just isn't true in my experience and ive played like a bazillion seasons of ugc
