Why on earth would I ever stop helping people because I'm accepting donations that go towards directly benefiting the config? I'm sorry that servers for machine learning cost money, I wish they didn't, but they do, and even more so for the low latency predictions required for determining recommendations on the fly for people using the client. Some of the money will go towards improving the config for everyone, as data will be analyzed together and the aggregate findings can be used to find generally good values.
Or, I could just get donations and spend it on ice cream, an unusual or something else entirely for myself, is that something you prefer? I certainly don't feel comfortable with doing that. If you still really think it's bad for me to ask for money to improve a config that I have already spent thousands of hours making and supporting, then I think you should consider your reasoning for that, and tell me about it.
i was one of many who were talking to yeehaw at the time of his post, i can assure you the post was simply just a big funny as it was agreed that the config generator is probably pretty fat if you want an optimized config and dont care for how it looks (be it bad or good)
