4. I'd say if you're putting a tournament together you should expect to do at least part of the job of moderating/organising players yourself. It's one of the positions that's just less likely to get quality volunteers.
Make contact with casting orgs with enough time and im sure you'll get the coverage volunteers you need - you do really need a separate producer for much more watchable broadcast even if you're doing a more casual stream. I'd recommend placing potentially streamed games on servers you control as it's absolutely exhausting to produce and plan the upcoming games at the same time for a full day's worth of games

How has upgrading from 60hz to 144hz effected you?

60 to 144 feels so much nicer
The difference between 144 and 240 honestly feels like 120 and 144 to me in that if I accidentally set it to the lower of the pair it'll maybe take me a few hours or more before I notice.
Also, as others said 120hz plays nicer than 144hz with 60hz content

It sounds like what you want is a group of friends to queue mm or faceit with, not necessarily a tryhard team. Try to find people who are trying to improve too rather than dick around. Keep a good mindset by not criticising your teammates and letting go of anger at the game's randomness and you should all enjoy it and see progress
