anything like -autoconfig or -default in your launch options? (maybe -dxlevel also causes problems with that, idk). is it saved in tf/cfg/autoexec.cfg?

they did this ages ago, if i remember correctly they didnt actually delete the dead accounts, they just removed them from sub totals. not sure what they did this time though
