if you wanna let valve know your best bet is just an email to a tf2 staff member. you'd need to lookup the equip regions for hats and try to find a way to change them so it works better. i imagine they'd be open to simple equip region changes but i doubt they'd commit to implementing a new system or maybe even adding more (more precise) regions
as a sidenote i love loadouts that clip horribly so please dont fix any of them

im just glad there aren't backdoors in hardware and BIOSes and such (that we know of). low level stuff like that is one of the few things that aren't/can't be open-sourced
why should we buff other classes? that would only reduce the time-to-kill, which isn't necessarily a good thing (could lead to teams being safer and sacs being less effective)
scout being strong isn't particularly good for the game imo because of his ability to deny aggression so hard while his own aggression isn't that fun to watch (sometimes he hits shots and gets to cut through the flank like butter, other times he just gets lucky and can run behind without being seen)

Hellbenttf2 doesn't spam +jump like in other games. If you keep scrolling it'll only jump once so it doesnt really help unless you're used to it already. I personally have m2 space and mwheeldown all bound to jump haha. doesnt hurt to have multiple jump keys
wrong, if you're scrolling when you land you jump which doesnt happen when you hold space, just like other source games. the game spams a +jump every time your mousewheel clicks

im used to jump on mousewheel from cs and from speedrunning hl1/2 where it's almost required. no downside and i usually use space anyway unless im trying to bhop
im not that optimistic for abilities in an arena map where you're basically gonna be taking a lot of 1v1s unless you're in organised play. abilities kinda work in team fights but in an arena map im anticipating dying to lots of random shit
kraken's not an idiot and knows his shit about the game
he could easily mentor mid/open teams
sterilise a needle then try to prick the skin around it so it's not covered any more. press around it to try to squeeze it out, or try sucking it out

how old is the demo? sometimes tf2 updates break old demos and ive seen similar errors because of that
you can always try verifying game files and using -default to help narrow the problem down
