@Victor: no, I don't. I hated the old scoreboard, it was the first thing I made and it showed. Also, the labels from the heavy rage bar and med shield are fixed in this miniupdate.

So in other words, I doubt they'll redesign the game from the ground up, but will probably use the existing style, concept art and assets to improve on character detail, shaders, lighting, textures, particles.

Kevin is an all-star in the community and has hosted several several tournaments that went off without a hitch and also runs newbie mixes, is working on a tf2 documentary, and other things as well.
REM is proven from TF2center to be one of the admins on that site that isn't a complete trainwreck (and also ran maincall when it was a thing).
I'm not sure about the others but if Kevin and REM are working alongside them I'd think they'd get my endorsement as well.
