Kevin is an all-star in the community and has hosted several several tournaments that went off without a hitch and also runs newbie mixes, is working on a tf2 documentary, and other things as well.
REM is proven from TF2center to be one of the admins on that site that isn't a complete trainwreck (and also ran maincall when it was a thing).
I'm not sure about the others but if Kevin and REM are working alongside them I'd think they'd get my endorsement as well.
