That's just straight hud editing. You'd have to widen everything out and then move it back to center it properly. As for making it taller, you could just extend the playerlists and the scoreboard backgrounds and move the stat information lower.

@Victor: no, I don't. I hated the old scoreboard, it was the first thing I made and it showed. Also, the labels from the heavy rage bar and med shield are fixed in this miniupdate.
