edit: ATM only hud update needed is to add the new cycling ad items in the scream fortress thing.
ok, valve added a new file called "questlogpanel_halloween" that controls the new quest logs.

Currently i'm on catalyst version 13.12 and driver packaging version 13.251-131206a-166389C-ATI (driver version 13.251). I tried updating to the newest drivers but they gave my screen this odd yellowish tint.
