Playing with Kevin taught me how to play tf2. He has amazing DM and fantastic gamesense, not to mention he's one of the most selfless and supporting guys you'll meet in this game.

1. no (this is so minor of a fix that creating a separate file for it is almost pointless, just go into the huditemeffectmeter file for whatever charge bar you want and change the "visible" and/or "enabled" of the label to 1")

2. doing a fix for this would most likely involve switching the entirety of the stat panel to use non-c values which would involve switching over like 30 entities (aka a pain in the ass) so probably not gonna happen
