I've personally never gotten hallucinations, just a black empty void of thought where I feel like I should be awake - I can hear my fans running, feel myself laying on my bed - but I just can't move. I have to exert myself tremendously to tell my body I'm awake before my arm moves the tiniest inch.

i usually just close my eyes and fall back asleep but if im really tired it happens easier (once happened to me on a car ride and i could hear everyone talking and shit it was super weird)
