imo the best bet would be make sticky self-damage ramp up similar to normal sticky damage. Start with something like -50% current damage on a frame perfect sticky timing and ramp up to full after a second or two

Sandman is pretty shit but the ball mechanic isn't inherently flawed. Stuns are bad but honestly with the right mechanic behind it it could be cool. Something like "can't cap for x seconds" or something that makes it a team support weapon would be kinda cool

Base jumper allows more movement options which is good for tf2

this thread is a succinct discussion about why the document is pretty poorly written from an IC perspective. It looks pretty likely this came from a civilian source. I figure the CIA can figure that out kind of quick and do a bit of vetting.

but yeah you're definitely right about being skeptical. The actual document isn't really as important as the fact that multiple high level people have been briefed on it. Supposedly both Trump and Obama have had CIA briefings and various Senators have read it as well.

you're still having to assume that in the past 6 months no one at the CIA never bothered to look at the source of this information which just seems unlikely
