BeaterIt really is interesting how the amount of effort that you put into a video has almost no bearing on whether or not it will be successful. There's a reason why there are so many garbage channels out there that just follow the same tired, low effort formula that they know work (reaction channels are obvious examples of this). Clearly that isn't the route Ster wants to take his channel since making good content is more important to him than success. Good for him I say!
yeah i think a huge problem is that yt isn't setup well for super smart creative people to put a ton of time into a thoughtful entertaining video it's meant to churn out the same low effort shit over and over to keep ad buys rollin in. I feel like every youtuber i follow has had to take a break from the site for this exact reason
