I click streams mostly based on the streamer, and hardly ever based on the number of viewers, so I'd rather have the title aligned at the left as the first thing I see. What about having the streamer - stream title at the left with the viewer count right-aligned?
The only issue I see with that is that most of the stream titles are too long to fit in that small box, but it might look pretty good with the numbers on the right side (it'd match the Active Servers box, at least).
Yeah I didn't even think about the server list; I think that would look nice having consistency between the two. As it is the stream titles are too long and need to be truncated anyway, so I think that would be a non-issue.

What about doing something more late night TV style? Do a semi-scripted opening before introducing the night's guests, and presenting in a way that lets them talk about what they want to talk about? As it is, it seems like a lot of guests are there more for side comments. I think spotlighting one guest at a time might be better.
