#27 hope this is a troll move in TF2 General Discussion
MGEMikeiridescentFUZZAs much as I would hope so, that seems unlikely.

RIP EU TF2

how would this kill eu tf2? they were losing to everyone and team french ppl took their place

This would kill EU TF2 by virtue of kaidus not having a team to carry.

#70 Why do so many people bash 9v9? in TF2 General Discussion

Highlander is fun, people that shittalk it are people who hop into one shitty pug or shitty scrim or play in Europe and then hate it forever, which is a little bit understandable because highlander is becoming poisonously bad until you get up the top eighth or so of silver, but it's a bit like someone playing in the bottom of Open and calling 6s shit as a result.

#38 A/D cp_badwater in Map Discussion
KevinIsPwnI want to keep the shape of the original badwater. Otherwise, making a Co_badwater is kind of silly IMO.

I agree personally that you should try to keep the general shape of the original badwater, but I think making an edit from pl_ to cp_ necessitates looking at the bits that make it pl_ (i.e. the payload card track) and seeing what they contribute to 5CP gameplay. IMO, particularly necessary for review are the position of the first point (which you already edited and I think put in a nice spot), the alleyway leading up to the second point, the ramp leading down into the third point area (and resulting giant sniper sightline), and the inherently height-disadvantaged final capture point (could be a place that actually calls for a spire).

#25 do you think closed captions are overpowered? in TF2 General Discussion
PhraktureIf it's op then why do so few people use it?

While I'm not necessarily agreeing with the notion that CC are OP, a small amount of people using something does not amount to it not being OP. That's silly logic.

#50 MGE or DM in TF2 General Discussion
Ma3laaI legitimately MGE'd my way to invite and never felt like using mge as my main practice source was hurting my game by giving me bad habits, ITS A HOAX

I think invite gave you bad MGE habits if anything.

#40 HRG's i49 Performance. in TF2 General Discussion
AdmirableThis was our opportunity to take the moral high ground, Europe.
The moment has passed.

Geez Admirable, I'm not even European and the tone of your comment made me feel bad about myself.

#41 i49 super team in TF2 General Discussion
downpourmy favourite thing about this thread is that not a single player on anyone's conceived teams is from NA :D

Well of course -- only player from NA who had any performance worth mentioning was Lansky, and I wouldn't have called him the best at i49 (certainly not over yuki)

#14 So... any chance of AU TF2 coverage on TFTV? in TF2 General Discussion

Well I'll be damned, AU stuff. 7 in the morning EDT, but I'll yolo it.

KipI also agree some AUS/NZ would be awesome, but what are we talking about in terms of time difference? Any live coverage would virtually be unwatchable (at least in North America). Would casting from STV demos be possible?

I think the time difference for most of Australia is +14 hours from EST, which would mean that a livecasted Australian game at 23:00 Australian time (which I think for aussie gameplay would be a really late game) would be seen at 13:00 in the Eastern U.S. So I suppose what that would imply is that an American live caster/American viewership is out of the question, Europe probably the same story by a lesser margin. I personally would be glad to see Australian coverage via STV.

#1 So... any chance of AU TF2 coverage on TFTV? in TF2 General Discussion

After seeing how unbelievably boss the iM crew were at i49, I'd like to see some AUTF2 coverage. I understand there's usually an interesting game going on in Americaland, but I think seeing AU games would be nice for times when the only stuff going on is Epsi v. squishy team or the b4nny team v. low invite.
