If they ask you about your experience tell them that you've been playing quake and cs since you were 5 years old. My team that picked up a roster mid season just barely missed playoffs and I think we're dead :(. If our team was together at the beginning of the season I'm positive we would've made playoffs. I'm looking for a high open or maybe even a low IM team if I feel ready for it by next season. The thing I'm looking for most in a team is stability.
