a decent 500-600w psu shouldn't cost you that much and it allows for future upgrades. What are your system specs right now? (list everything if possible :c)

yes it should be compatible with your mobo, the 8350 is am3+ socket like your board. Make sure your PSU has sufficient wattage to handle the cpu and gpu upgrades.

Oblivionagebtw OP the 4100 may bottleneck a little from a 660 and beyond so i suggest upgrading to a 6300 or 4300

IIRC the bulldozer cpus have poor single thread performance. I would definitely upgrade.

I would say at stock speeds the 660ti and the 7950 are comparable in performance. From reading other forums, the 7950 does seem to overclock better than the 660ti.

The 7xxx series also has a problem with frame latency which AFAIK, is still being fixed.
Dont quote me on the last part, it might already be fixed :c
http://techreport.com/news/24136/driver-software-to-be-tweaked-to-reduce-radeon-frame-latencies-in-series-of-updates

The 660ti's 192bit memory bus is pretty limiting and not very future-proof. Might be a minor issue with next gen engines coming out soon. Just something to keep in mind.

Kepler refresh coming soon-ish? Not really sure when its actually happening but it was scheduled for march so you might want to wait a bit.

FanofAngelsTo beat Toon Gang you just gotta Dust tornado it or Mystical Space Typhoon their Toon World. Unless of course they're running Skill Drain Toons then you gotta hit that too.
I'm so sorry

They'll just activate their trap card, DDoS Power Activate! :|

cheaper ssd with 4gb more space
same price PSU with 100 more watts (newegg only)
slightly more expensive case w/ better airflow

I took out the i7 because IMO the i5 won't have issues streaming anyways. If you're adamant about it you can always add it back for the same total price as before. (you could always spend the 150$ saved on a better GPU)

I would also dish out a bit more for a samsung SSD, not as good as the intel ones but better than pretty much every other brand.

price went down but its sold out :\ too bad.

I'm nitpicking here but if I were you I would get a decent set of 1600mhz memory and overclock it myself. Doesn't really matter much :c

Thats pretty hot, try repasting?

I'm not sure what the tjmax is for sandy bridge but it looks like your temps are really close to it if everything was under 100% load.

3570k or 3770k. Like many others mentioned, performance gain from Haswell is minimal. You would also need a new mobo for Haswell's LGA 1150 anyways and I just don't see the extra 200$+ justifying the minimal performance gain. (Unless you don't have a LGA1155 mobo right now.)
